Shipping Information

1. Delivery within Lithuania and Internationally

We ship orders both within Lithuania and internationally. The Buyer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.

2. Shipping Methods and Partners

All orders are shipped via Lithuania Post, unless another delivery method is agreed upon individually with the Buyer. Depending on the recipient’s location, shipping may also be arranged via alternative carriers (e.g., UPS, DPD, FedEx, etc.).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

1. Within Lithuania: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
2. To EU countries: 5–10 business days.
3. To other international destinations: 7–20 business days, depending on the country and chosen shipping method.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. The final cost will be shown at checkout. In some cases, promotional free shipping offers may apply – these will be announced separately.

5. Order Confirmation and Dispatch

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the Buyer’s email if applicable.

6. Receipt and Inspection of Shipment

Upon receiving the package, the Buyer must inspect it. If any visible damage or discrepancies are noticed, this must be noted on the delivery documents and reported to the Seller within 24 hours.

7. Liability for Undelivered Packages

The Seller is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address information or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., Force majeure, postal service disruptions).
