Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Return of Goods

1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) constitute a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), establishing the rights and obligations of both Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed about such changes on the online store’s website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits a goods order in the online store after reviewing these Rules.

3. Seller’s Rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the online store, or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice.

4. Seller’s Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store services as defined by these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer and in accordance with the conditions set out in these Rules.
4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after informing the Buyer. A similar product may be offered. If the Buyer declines, the Seller undertakes to refund the money within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right set out in point 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.
5.3. The Buyer may only exercise the right mentioned in 5.2 if the item was not damaged or altered in appearance and was not used.

6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them according to the procedure set out in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery without valid reason, they must cover the cost of returning the goods upon the Seller’s request.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the parcel and the goods together with the Seller or the courier.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with and will comply with these Rules.

7. Prices of Goods
7.1. Prices are indicated in euros. Prices are final, as the Seller is not a VAT payer.
After confirming the order, a delivery fee is added if applicable.

8. Ordering and Payment for Goods
8.1. The Buyer selects goods and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the cart, the Buyer enters personal data necessary to fulfill the order: name, surname, address, phone number, and any additional relevant information. The Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the Rules and confirms the order.
8.3. Payment can be made via online banking of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Artea, or using Visa / MasterCard cards. Payments are made in euros and processed through the Paysera platform.

9. Delivery of Goods
9.1. When ordering, the Buyer must provide the correct delivery address.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If they cannot and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims about delivery to the wrong person.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods within the timeframe specified in the product descriptions.
9.4. All product characteristics are indicated in the description.
The Seller is not responsible for discrepancies in color, shape, or other parameters due to the Buyer’s monitor settings.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the agreement, all paid amounts, including delivery fees, are refunded.

10. Returns
10.1. Quality goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective goods are handled according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions apply:
10.2.1. Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging (not applicable to defective goods);
10.2.2. Goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. Goods must be unused and retain their commercial appearance (tags intact, protective films not removed, etc. – not applicable to defective goods);
10.2.4. Goods must be returned in the same set as received (not applicable to defective goods);
10.2.5. The Seller may refuse to accept returns that do not meet these conditions;
10.2.6. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, using the method specified by the Seller (unless defective, in which case returns are accepted within the legal warranty period).
10.3. Returns and exchanges of quality goods follow Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code.
10.4. Funds for returned goods are refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 working days from the date the returned goods are received by the Seller, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relationship between the Parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. Any disputes arising from these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Lithuanian law.
11.4. The Parties are released from obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure circumstances beyond the Parties’ control.
